Personal Information Collection Statement


This Personal Information Collection Statement (this “Statement”) is made by Supernova Management Limited (“Supernova Management”, “we”, “us”, “our”), which among other things, manages and operates the serviced apartment ALAYA PLACE located 
at 100&102, Queen’s Road East, Hong Kong (“ALAYA PLACE”), and applies between us and you.

In order to enable us to perform the Purposes below, you are required to provide all the requested/ mandatory personal data in the data collection forms or documents which we may use in connection with our management, administration and/or operation of ALAYA
PLACE. If you do not provide the required personal data, we may not be able to perform the Purposes and/or provide the relevant Goods and Services to you.


Kinds of personal data collected
The kinds of personal data we collect or may collect from you and/or from other sources as
mentioned below in this Statement include:

(a) your full name, gender, age range, date of birth (optional), contact information (e.g. e-mail address, mailing/residential/work/correspondence address, contact number), HKID card no., passport no., or other personal identifier;
(b) family status, occupation, employment information;
(c) stay information, such as the date of arrival and departure;
(d) information collected through the use of close circuit television systems and other security systems;
(e) payment information; and
(f) any other personal data you choose to provide us (e.g. social media account information, hobbies and interest).


Where applicable, we will indicate which kind of personal data is mandatory or optional for you to provide at the relevant time of 
data collection.

Where you provide personal data of third parties (e.g. names, gender, age range, date of birth (optional), relationship, contact details, 
and HKID card no., passport no., or other personal identifier of person(s) you are sharing the serviced apartment with), you confirm
that you have their consent to provide their personal data to us. We recommend that you provide them with a copy of this Statement.


Purposes for using personal data
The personal data to be collected from you and/or from other sources mentioned below in
this Statement will be used, held and/or processed by us (and/or our Affiliates and/or our
Service Provider, as applicable) for the following purposes (“Purposes”):

  • Process, confirm, provide and charge for your stay at ALAYA PLACE;
  • Creating and maintaining guest profiles in our system database;
  • Manage and operate ALAYA PLACE;
  • Contact you in connection with ALAYA PLACE;
  • Process bookings, purchases, orders, requests or complaints made by you;
  • Provision of goods and services, such as facilities management, loyalty programmes,
  • serviced apartment, hospitality services, travel and accommodation, laundry, food and beverages, sports and                     recreational facilities, beauty, fitness, health and wellness products and services (collectively, “Goods and Services”);
  • Research and analysis in relation to customer behaviour and customer satisfaction;
  • Direct marketing and cross-marketing, subject to consent;
  • Data storage, data analytics, profiling, information management and database administration;
  • Manage and provide for the safety and security of guests, residents, premises and services;
  • Detect, investigate and/or prevent activities that may violate our policies or may be illegal;
  • Administering debt recovery and debt management; and/or
  • Other purposes ancillary or related to the above.


Those with whom we share personal data
We may engage agents, contractors, suppliers and service providers (whether within or
outside Hong Kong) in connection with the Purposes, including but not limited to, property
management companies, security companies, IT service providers, providers of data
processing, digital storage or other similar services, payment processors, marketing agents,
social media and research companies, and professional advisors (collectively, “Service
Providers”), and may transfer to or share your personal data with them for the Purposes
within or outside Hong Kong. We or our service providers may also disclose aggregate or
de-identified data that is not personally identifiable with third parties.
We may also share your personal data with our affiliates in the business of hospitality, travel
and accommodation, property development, food and beverages, fitness, health and
wellness, home and living, and/or leisure and entertainment (“Affiliates”) for such Purposes.
Where we are required by the law of any country or place or requested by any court,
regulatory body or governmental body of any country or place, we may also disclose your
personal data as required. In the event of any actual or proposed transfer of business,
transfer of shares, re-structuring, amalgamation, merger, sale, transfer, or purchase of us or
our business or our Affiliates or our Affiliates' businesses, your personal data may be
transferred to the new entity as part of the transaction.


Direct marketing
Subject to your consent, we may use your name, email address, correspondence address,
phone number, and other relevant contact information to send you (via emails, SMS
messages, telephone calls, push notifications, post, or social media) direct marketing in
relation to the Marketing Subjects. We may also share your personal data with our Affiliates
for the same purpose.

The types of products, services and events that we and/or our Affiliates may market to you
include the following (“Marketing Subjects”):
  • Goods and Services offered by us and/or our Affiliates;
  • reward, loyalty, privileges programmes and promotions;
  • satisfaction surveys;
  • products and services offered by other retail outlets and/or businesses, including
    without limitation the Goods and Services, transportation, credit cards, real estate,
    entertainment, and non-profit and charitable activities.

We cannot use or provide your personal data for direct marketing purposes and/or provide
your personal data to our Affiliates for their direct marketing purposes unless you consent
If you wish to withdraw your consent to receiving direct marketing communications from us
and/or our Affiliates, please contact us by email at info@alayaplace.com. If you opt out of
direct marketing, we may still send you non-promotional communications, such as those
about your stay at Alaya Place.


Your rights
You have the following rights to:
  • check whether we hold any of your personal data;
  • access your personal data held by us;
  • require us to correct any personal data which is inaccurate; and
  • ascertain our policies and practices (from time to time) in relation to personal data and the types of personal data held by us.

If you would like to make a request in relation to the above, please contact our Data Privacy
Officer at info@alayaplace.com. In accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance
(Cap. 486, Laws of Hong Kong), we have the right to charge you a reasonable fee for the
processing of any personal data access request.


Miscellaneous
This Statement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong. 

If there is any inconsistency or conflict between the English and Chinese version of this Statement, the English version shall prevail.

本個人資料收集聲明(「本聲明」)由Supernova Management Limited(「Supernova
Management」、「本公司」、「我們」或「本公司的」)擬訂,並適用於我們和您之間。本公司
業務包括但不限於負責管理及營運位於香港皇后大道東100號及102號之服務式公寓ALAYA
PLACE(「ALAYA PLACE」)。

為使本公司能夠履行以下目的,您需要在我們用於管理、營運及/或運作ALAYA PLACE之資
料收集表格或文件中,提供所有要求/必須填寫的個人資料。若您未能提供所需個人資料,我
們可能無法履行相關目的及/或向您提供相關商品及服務。

收集的個人資料類型

我們可能向您及/或從本聲明提及的其他來源收集的個人資料類型包括:
(a) 您的姓名、性別、年齡範圍、出生日期(可自願提供)、聯繫方式(如:電郵地址、
郵寄/住宅/工作/通訊地址、聯繫電話)、香港身份證號碼、護照號碼、或其他身分代
號;
(b) 家庭狀況、職業、就業資訊;
(c) 客人入住信息,包括入住及退房日期;
(d) 透過使用視訊系統以及其它安全系統所收集的資訊;
(e) 付款資訊;及
(f) 其他您選擇提供給我們的個人資訊(例如:社群媒體資訊、興趣與愛好)。

如適用,我們將在收集個人資料時, 表明您必須提供或可選擇提供的個人資料種類。

在您提供第三方個人資料時(例如,與您一起入住服務式公寓的人士的的姓名、性別、年齡範 圍、出生日期(可自願提供)、關係、聯絡資訊、香港身份證號碼、護照號碼、或其他身分代 號),您確認已獲得他們的同意,將個人資訊提供給我們。我們建議您向他們提供本聲明。


使用所收集的個人資料之目的
我們(及/或本公司的關聯公司及/或本公司的服務供應商, 如適用)將使用、持有、及/或處理從您及/或來自本聲明提及的其他來源那裏收集的個人資料,用於以下目的(統稱「目的」):
  • 處理、確認、提供服務式公寓的安排及收取費用;
  • 在我們的系統資料庫中建立並維護客戶檔案;
  • 管理及營運ALAYA PLACE;
  • 就ALAYA PLACE事宜與您聯繫;
  • 處理您提出的預訂、購買、訂單、要求或投訴;
  • 提供商品及服務,例如設施管理、忠誠計劃、服務式公寓、款待服務、旅遊住宿、洗衣服務、餐飲服務、運動及康樂設施、美容、健身、健康及保健產品與服務(統稱「商品及服務」);
  • 進行顧客行為與顧客滿意度相關之研究與分析;
  • 經同意後,進行直接促銷和跨業直銷;
  • 數據儲存、數據分析、研究、信息管理和數據庫管理;
  • 管理及保障客人、物業及服務的安全;
  • 偵查、調查及/或預防可能違反本公司政策或可能非法的行為;
  • 執行債務回收及債務管理;及/或
  • 上述目的之其他輔助目的或相關目的。


我們分享個人資料之第三方
為履行目的及/或為提供商品及服務,我們可能會與代理商、承包商、供應商和服務供應商(
無論在中華人民共和國香港特別行政區(「香港」)境內或境外)進行合作,包括但不限於,
物業管理公司、保安公司、資訊科技服務供應商、數據處理、數位儲存或其他類似服務的供應
商、支付處理商、營銷代理商、社交媒體、研究公司以及專業顧問(統稱「服務供應商」),
並可能在香港境內或境外向其轉交或與其共享您的個人資料,以供其實現目的。我們或服務供
應商亦可能向第三方揭露經匯總的或不可識別的個人資訊。

我們亦可能為上述目的,將您的個人資料與從事酒店、旅遊及住宿、物業發展、餐飲、健身、
健康與保健、家居生活及/或休閒娛樂業務的關聯公司(「關聯公司」)共享。

如因任何國家/地區的法律要求或任何國家/地區的任何法院、監管機構或政府機構的要求,我
們也可能會根據有關需要披露您的個人資料。如果本公司或本公司的業務或本公司的關聯公司
或關聯公司的業務涉及任何實際或擬議的業務轉讓、股份轉讓、重組、合併、併購、出售、轉
讓或購買,您的個人資料可能會作為交易的一部分轉交給新的實體。


直接促銷
在徵得您的同意後,我們可能會使用您的姓名、電郵地址、通訊地址、聯繫電話和其它相關聯
繫信息透過電子郵件、短訊、電話、推播通知、郵寄、或社交媒體將有關促銷標的的直接促銷
發送給您。我們亦可能基於相同目的,將您的個人資料提供給關聯公司。

本公司及/或關聯公司可能向您推廣的產品、服務和活動類型包括以下內容(統稱為「促銷標的」):
  • 本公司及/或關聯公司所提供的商品及服務;
  • 獎賞、忠誠、禮遇計劃及推廣活動;
  • 滿意度調查問卷;
  • 其他零售商店及/或企業的消費產品及服務,包括但不限於商品及服務、交通、信用卡、房地產、娛樂、及非營利及慈善活動。
除非您同意授權,我們不會將您的個人資料用於直接促銷目的及/或將您的個人資料提供給關
聯公司用於他們的直接營銷目的。

如您希望撤銷您對接受我們及/或關聯公司進行直接促銷的同意,請透過電子郵件 info@alayaplace.com與我們聯絡。請注意如您撤銷您的同意,我們仍將向您發送非行銷類諮 訊,例如您在Alaya Place住宿的資訊。


您的權利
您享有以下的權利:
  • 檢查我們是否持有您的任何個人資料;
  • 查閱我們持有的您的個人資料;
  • 要求我們改正任何不準確的個人資料;
  • 確定我們關於個人資料和我們持有的個人資料類型的不時生效的政策和做法。

如果您想就上述事宜提出請求,請發送電郵到我們的個人資料私隱主任
info@alayaplace.com。根據香港法例第 486 章《個人資料(私隱)條 例》,我們有權就處
理任何個人資料查閱請求向您收取合理費用。

本聲明受香港法律管轄,並依據香港法律解釋。

如果本聲明的中英文版本有任何不一致或衝突,須以英文版本為準。
