Supernova Management Limited pledges, in its data management policies and practices, to comply with the requirements of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance of Hong Kong. We will ensure compliance by our staff with the strictest standards of security and confidentiality.

This Privacy Policy should be read together with the applicable Terms and Conditions of the relevant service and/or website provided by us (“Terms and Conditions”). This Privacy Policy should be also read together with the applicable personal information collection statement of the relevant service or website provided by us (“PICS”), provided that, in the event of any inconsistency between this Privacy Policy Statement and the PICS concerning matters relating to personal data, the PICS shall prevail.

When we collect from you, either electronically or in hard copy format, information that
personally identifies you, the purposes for which the information is collected will be given.
The personal data collected from you will be kept confidential; they may be transferred to
relevant parties for the purposes described in the applicable PICS.

Kinds of information collected

For the different purposes in the course of conducting our business, you may be required to provide to us your personal data, such as your name, gender, age (or age range), contact details, etc.. Details of personal data to be collected will be set out in the relevant PICS provided to you on or before collection of such personal data.

Purposes of personal data collected

We will retain your personal data for a period no longer than necessary for the fulfillment of the purposes for which they are to be used. The above is subject to any legal, statutory, regulatory or accounting requirements.

Retention of personal data

We will use your personal data for specific purposes identified in the PICS provided to you on or before your personal data is collected. We may also share your personal data with third parties as set out in the PICS.

Third party service providers

We may provide your personal data to the companies providing services (whether within or outside Hong Kong) to us in connection with the specific purposes set out in the PICS. In these cases, the service providers are required to use, hold and/or process your personal data consistent with the agreements we enter into with them.

Security of date

The physical records of your personal data (if any) will be stored in secured places. The electronic records of your personal data will be stored in servers of the relevant service providers as our data processors (whether within or outside Hong Kong) protected by IT security measures.

Enquiries

You have the right to access or correct your personal data or withdraw your consent to the use of your personal data for direct marketing purposes. Please contact the Data Privacy Officer at info@alayaplace.com.

Change of Privacy Policies

This Privacy Policy may from time to time be updated and amended. Any update or
amendment will be effective immediately upon being posted on our website. If you do not accept the updates or amendment, then we may not be able to provide goods or services to you. You are advised to check the website for updates to this Privacy Policy on a regular basis.

Inconsistency or Conflict

If there is any inconsistency or conflict between the English and Chinese versions of this Privacy Policy, the English version shall prevail.

不一致或衝突

如果本私隱政策聲明的中英文版本有任何不一致或衝突，須以英文版本為準。
